Sign Up for Fun Fridays!!
At the end of each week, we have Fun Friday Practices! The coaches lead warm-up exercises and then they play water games together. These games help with engagement, and endurance, and help build confidence in your swimmer while creating rapport with the coaches. After the practice, we like to have parents donate popsicles (for afternoon practices) or donuts (for morning practices) for coaches and swimmers to celebrate a great week!
2024 Practice Times
Items to note:
- The season will run from April 30, 2024 through June 30th
- Practices will be every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and times will be staggered by age group
- No practices on Mondays, swim meet days, or the day after a swim meet
Afternoon Practices April 30 - May 23:
4:30-5:00 -- 6 & under
5:05-5:50 -- 7-8
5:55-6:40 -- 9-10
6:45-7:45 -- 11 & up
Morning Practices Begin Friday, May 24 through the end of the season:
6:30-7:30 -- 11 & up
7:35-8:20 -- 9-10
8:25-9:10 -- 7-8
9:15-9:45 -- 6 & under
*Our regular season ends on June 27. Any swimmer competing in the Meet of Champs or the All-Stars Meet will follow a revised swim practice schedule after the regular season ends.
