Swimmer of the Week Signs!

HUGE congrats to our swimmers who were chosen as swimmers of the week last week! We hope it's made them proud to display their signs this week.

Please remember to BRING THEM TO PRACTICE today so we can pass them forward to this week's swimmers of the week.

I forgot to have the swimmer of the week caps at the pool last week - sorry! - please make sure your swimmer gets their swimmer of the week cap earned last week.

2026 FFST Swim Meet Auction ENDS TODAY!

We have opened up our next fundraising opportunity for the team where we make available some premier items! We have broken it up into mock meet first and will open again after the meet for the remaining home season meets. If you know you know, these items are well worth it!

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER for the Mock Meet!

Our Mock Meet will be Monday, May 18th @ 6pm. Please watch your inboxes and our GroupMe for reminders and notifications. I will be sending out Volunteer assignments on Friday or Saturday once all of you have declared. Unless volunteer roles state other wise, most parent and swimmers will need to be at the pool by 4:30. Warm Ups will start promptly at 5.

I am attaching instructions on how to declare your swimmer attending or not attending for any given swim meet! Right now, we need declaration for the Mock Meet.

Every Friday swim practice is what the FORCE likes to call "Fun Friday Practice"! This is a time where the swimmers get to know each other, the coaches have fun with the swimmers, a "Swimmer of the Week" is announces for each age group, and it all ends with either popsicles (school year) or donuts (summertime) provided by our amazing parents/guardians. 😍
