2025 Meet of Champions

Hello Force Nation!!

Congrats on representing the Fulbrook Force at the Meet of Champions. Not every child makes it to this meet so it is quite an accomplishment for your swimmer! Please read all information pertaining to this meet. Katy ISD has safety rules we must follow when we swim in one of their pools. I have attached a document of the KATY ISD safety rules.

The Meet of Champions will take place at Thomkins High School this Saturday, June 28nd.

- Please see attached aerial map that outlines the pool and parking setup. Spectators will be asked to wait outside until it is their child's turn to swim. You are encouraged to pack a chair, bug spray, sunblock, towel, team suit, team shirt, goggles, swim cap, ear plugs (if needed), water bottle, flip flops or crocs, quiet activities for entertainment, etc.

Please have your swimmers checked in by 1:30PM WITH THE COACHES! Swimmers will begin to warm up at 2:00PM.

The Timer and Judge meetings will both happen at 2:30PM. Volunteers should be in position by 2:50PM. There will be food trucks setup outside the pool and a MOC T-shirt will be available for $12.

There will be food trucks on site. I have attached a flyer with more details on the food trucks.

Protests: Can ONLY be done by the Head Coach with a $20 cash fee. The fee will be refunded if the protest is decided in our favor. Video evidence in protests will not be considered or admissible.

Parking Lot Set Up: 1PM

Swimmer Arrival: 1:30PM

Warm Up Start: 2PM

Timer Meeting 2:30PM

Judges Meeting 2:30PM

Volunteers in Position: 2:50PM

6&U – 7-8 Relays being set up at ready bench 2:50PM

Warm Up End Swimmers out of Water: 2:50PM

Coaches Relay: 2:50PM - Lane 2 FFST
