Hello Force Nation!!

Hope everyone is excited and looking forward to our second meet of 2025! Please read all information pertaining to this meet at the SeaWolves.

We will be visiting the SeaWolves Swim Team on 6/9/25.

Address: 26126 Roesner Road, Katy, Texas 77494. From 1093 & Spring Green Blvd: (1) Head North on Spring Green Blvd; (2) Turn Right onto Roesner Rd; (3) Pool will be on the left.

Parking: See attached PDF of VISITING TEAM Parking Info. Parking lot in front of the Pool Area will be closed except for (1) brief loading and unloading; (2) disabled parking with valid plaque; and (3) VISITING TEAM's five (5) vehicles with SWST parking passes on dash. VISITING TEAM should park at Tays Junior High School (TJH) located at 26721 Hawks Prairie Blvd, Katy, TX 77494, approximately 1/2 mile away. Sidewalks are available to safely travel from TJH to Pool Area.

Important info: The Judges and Timers meeting is at 5:40 PM by the timer tents and there will be a 10-minute break BEFORE the IM. Assisted Swimmers heat will be event 00 and held at the beginning of the meet.

We need setup parents onsite by 4:30 PM to setup the tents and tarps into the pool area. Everyone else, please check your swimmers in with the coaches by 5:00 PM and get their swimmer number so we can see who is in attendance for the meet. Then please escort them to the appropriate age swimmer tent. Warmups begin at 5:30 PM.

Pool description: See attached PDF of Silver Ranch SeaWolves Team Pool Area. Silver Ranch's pool is 6-lanes wide with indoor restrooms available. Facing the pool from Roesner Rd., the VISITING TEAM will set up tents to the left of the Pool Area. We recommend tents and tarps since the area is grassy and can be damp. There is no lighting on the lawn or furniture available. Spectators are to set up outside the Pool Area. Splash pad, playset, and swing sets around the Pool Area are OFF LIMITS.

Spectator seating: Spectators will set up outside the Pool Area on the side designated for their respective team. The spectator area is grassy and can be damp. We recommend bug spray, sun shades, and chairs. Please walk very carefully since the area can be uneven. A "Come and Go" Viewing Area is available inside the Pool Area

Concessions: Assorted drinks, snacks, and meal options available for purchase using Venmo and cash.

Pack a source of shade, chairs, bug spray, sunblock, towel, team suit, team shirt, goggles, swim cap, ear plugs (if needed), water bottle, flip flops or crocs, quiet activities for entertainment, etc. Please make sure you are well aware of your volunteer position and what it entails.
