Hello Force Nation!!

So excited and looking forward to our first meet of 2025! Please read all information pertaining to this meet.

We will be visiting the Tamarron Torpedoes Swim Team on 6/7/25.

Address: Tamarron Proper Competition Pool, 28707 Tamarron Parkway, Katy, TX. From Fulbrook: Turn right on FM-1093 Rd., turn left onto Texas Heritage Parkway, after 2.7 mi take first exit at 5th round about onto Tamarron Parkway. Take second exit at round about and pool is on the right. Parking is on a first come first come basis. Please DO NOT park in initial 12 parking spaces; those directly after entrance and before first tree divider; as well as any spaces with signs or cones Parking IS allowed along Tamarron Parkway; please NO double parking. Please see attached aerial map that outlines the pool and parking setup. 

Seating is on the grass to keep pool area clear. Ready bench area will be taped off. Please do not set up in marked off areas. Leisure pool splash pad and surrounding area if closed. Please be advised there are to be NO NOISE makers i.e. bullhorns, whistles etc. before 7am. Spectators may not use furniture from pool deck.

We need setup parents onsite by 6:00 AM ready to move the tents and tarps into the pool area at 6:15 AM. Everyone else, please check your swimmers in with the coaches by 6:00 AM and get their swimmer number so we can see who is in attendance for the meet. Then please escort them to the appropriate age swimmer tent.

Judges meeting will be at 7:15 AM by the starter and the Timers meeting is at 7:15 by the timer chairs.

Assisted Swimmers heat will be event 00 and held at the beginning of the meet.

There will be a 5-to-10-minute break AFTER the IM. 

Concessions will accept only accept cash. Torchy's tacos will arrive at 9am. There will be a coffee truck, snow cone truck and Donut truck. The food trucks may take both cash and cashless payment. Additionally, Tamarron will have a chuck-a-duck event during break with a cash prize for winner(s).

Pack a chair, bug spray, sunblock, towel, team suit, team shirt, goggles, swim cap, ear plugs (if needed), water bottle, flip flops or crocs, quiet activities for entertainment, etc. Please make sure you are well aware of your volunteer position and what it entails.
